Northstar Publishing (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what happens to the information you share when you use north-starpublishing.com.

Information we collect

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us — for example your name, email address, phone number and details about your book when you send an enquiry.

How enquiries are sent

When you press “Send via Email”, our web server runs an automatic spam check and emails your enquiry to our inbox at connect@north-starpublishing.com; it is not stored on the website. When you press “Send via WhatsApp” or “Continue on WhatsApp”, your message opens in WhatsApp and is only sent once you press send there. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the details you send only to reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the services you request. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Information stored in your browser

If you choose a motion setting in the footer, that preference is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.

Third-party services

All fonts and images are served from our own website. The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form from spam; it collects information about your device and how you use the page, may set cookies, and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We link to our WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook pages, which are run by their own providers under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp (+1 (510) 516-2402) or emailing connect@north-starpublishing.com.
